The Aeolian route

Day 1 - Vulcano

Sail off into the sunset from the mainland before arriving at the stunning island of Vulcano for a starlit dinner in a bay on the southern tip of the island. Get ready for an epic day once the sun comes up!

Day 2 - Porto di Levante

Hike up to the top of this dormant volcano to see its steaming sulfur vents as well as some incredible views of Lipari. Once you're done, go for an epic Italian lunch in one of the many stunningly delicious restaurants of this island chain.

Day 3 - Lipari

Relax in the turquoise waters of Capo Rosso before heading off to explore the wonderful town of Lipari and enjoy some more of the finest food Italy has to offer. Hike up to the fort for some magical views of the town.

Day 4 - Panarea

Swim under the dramatic cliffs of Isola di Basiluzzo before heading into Panarea to explore this quaint town's winding streets. This is a fantastic shopping destination as well as a good night out if you're looking to dust off those dancing shoes.

Day 5 - Stromboli

After a day of exploring various epic Aeolian beaches, sail at night to cruise past the fantastic light show initiated by one of the few active volcanoes in Europe. It is truly a memorable experience and something you won't forget!

Day 6 - Salina

Rent quad bikes for the day and explore the beautiful cliffside island of Salina, culminating with lunch inside the collapsed Volcanic crater of Pollara. Head back to the boat before an epic evening of wine tasting at Capofaro. You can see Stromboli erupting in the distance on a clear day!

Day 7 - Portorosa

Stop off at the mud baths of Vulcano for a cleansing experience before the final sail back to Portorosa for one last beautiful Italian dinner and goodbye. Many of our guests stay for a couple of days to explore the Sicilian mainland

Sardinia

Day 1: Tavolara

All aboard.. t's a short sail to one of the best-kept secrets in Sardinia, Tavolara! The island is free from hotels and tourists. The islands steep cliffs, marine park, and protected coves make it an ideal first stop for your trip,

Day 2: Porto Cervo

On shore, you’ll discover a combination of glamour, culture, history, and natural beauty. Explore the pretty streets overflowing with designer shops and visit the church of Stella Maris, with its unusual architecture and excellent views. Porto Cervo is also known for its vibrant nightlife.

Day 3: Caprera

Guiseppe Garibaldi, the father of Italian independence, was born on Caprera. Moor in the wide natural harbour of Porto Palma or explore the many bays, coves and beaches of this spectacular island.

Day 4: Spiaggia Rosa

Budelli is one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean. The pink beaches of Spiaggia Rosa are world-renowned. The island is now heavily protected and uninhabited to ensure that this miracle of nature will be preserved for future generations.

Day 5: Bonifacio

Hop over to the French island of Corsica and visit one of the most spectacular harbour entrances in the world, nestled between 2 cliffs, Bonifacio is not to be missed. A change of languae and culture for 24 hours!

Day 6: Maddalena

Famous for its picturesque beaches in the surrounding area, along with rocky granitic terrain and a small number of ancient forts. The town of Cala Gavetta is a must to explore with its beautiful terracotta-roofed homes and excellent restaurants.

Day 7: Olbia

Your trip ends in Olbia Town, which is beautiful and picturesque. You should walk around the historic centre and discover the boutiques, fine wine bars, cafes and pizza restaurants. The town is also home to the San Aimplicio basilica and historic squares to discover such as the Piazza Matteotti.

Amalfi

Join the boat in Salerno before setting sail towards the aptly named town of Amalfi. The picture-perfect gem gives its name to this outstanding area of natural beauty. Jump ashore and head to one of the many delicious restaurants.

Sorrento

After spending the day exploring the beautiful isolated bays of the Amalfi coast, head to the town of clifftop town of Sorrento for dizzying winding streets and dramatic views over the ocean.

Pompeii

World famous and historically significant. The preserved remains of Pompeii offer a hands-on experience of Italy’s distant history and show the true destruction of a volcano. Head underwater to the archaeological park to see the famous drowned statues.

Ischia

This large volcanic island is known for its mineral rich hot springs and natural thermal mud baths. There are plenty of sea view restaurants and bars to unwind in before heading back to your boat in the historic harbour.

Capri

The daunting coastline of Capri cannot be missed. Rising up from the depths this steep island is a haunch for the rich and famous. Enjoy a Limoncello at one of the many beautiful venues. Explore the blue cave in the day, you won’t want to miss it!

Positano

As dramatic as it gets on this epic coastline. This stunning anchorage of Positano will be difficult to take in. Get ashore and explore the winding streets of this hilltop town. Admire the view from your yacht or settle down for yet another delicious meal!

Salerno

Back to Salerno we go but not before a wonderful day of exploration and swimming. Once we’re back in the marina, head out for one last meal and final goodbye!
